Shipping policy

All online orders will be packaged and dispatched within 48-72 hours.

IMPORT FEES AND TARIFFS 
All packages imported to your country may be subject to import fees (taxes, duties, tariffs or other border fees). You are responsible for all applicable import fees charged by your government.

NOTE: Shipping charges and import fees are completely separate things. Shipping charges come from the carrier delivering your package and import fees are dictated by your government and border control. 

ADDRESS CHANGES
Any and all costs relating to address corrections, changes or redirects once the package has left our warehouse will be the customer's responsibility.

RETURNS
We DO NOT pay for return shipping. If you would like to return an item, please send it back to us for a refund.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please return the item to us for a refund, then order the size you need. We will offer free shipping on the new order.
