Refund policy
RETURNS
We accept returns on all unworn, unwashed, unaltered, non-sale priced merchandise, free of stains and odors, with the original tags intact. Please contact valet@redxthread.com with your full name, order number and reason for return no later than 15 days from receipt of your purchase. We will require merchandise be sent back to us before we are able to process a refund.
EXCHANGES
You may exchange an item for a different size of the same item. Please contact valet@redxthread.com with your full name, order number and requested size no later than 15 days from receipt of your purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, non-sale priced merchandise, free of stains and odors, with the original tags intact. We will require the unwanted merchandise be sent back to us before we are able to ship a replacement.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a very strong commitment to the quality of our merchandise. Please note that regular wear and tear does not constitute as defective merchandise. For proper care of your clothing, please see the appropriate washing instructions located on the care label or on the website page for your garment.
